1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the misai8 platform (website, mobile app, or any related services), you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and misai8 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. Users who are below the minimum age required under local law are not permitted to register for or use misai8's services.
2. Account Creation & User Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice. misai8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. misai8 will never ask for your password via email, phone call, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a misai8 user, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules and to refrain from any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or third parties. Your key responsibilities include the following:
- Not use automation software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the system or games.
- Not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
- Not attempt to access another user's account or any restricted area of the platform without authorisation.
- Not distribute harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication feature on the platform.
- Take full responsibility for all activities carried out under your account.
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations governing the use of online entertainment platforms.
Misai8 reserves the right to investigate any complaints or suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account in question and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the misai8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid. misai8 accepts a variety of local payment methods, including bank transfers and e-wallets listed in the platform's deposit section.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe indicated, depending on the chosen payment method. All withdrawal requests are subject to internal review and verification to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies. misai8 reserves the right to hold any suspicious transactions pending the outcome of an investigation.
Deposit and withdrawal limits may be adjusted by misai8 from time to time. Users will be notified of any material changes through the platform's official communication channels. Any transaction fees, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed before the user confirms a transaction.
Winnings obtained through activities that violate these terms may be forfeited. misai8 is not liable for any transaction delays caused by factors beyond our control, including technical issues on the part of banks or payment processors.

Misai8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use our platform. misai8's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the misai8 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of misai8 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from misai8.
Third-Party Links
The misai8 platform may contain references to third-party services or providers. misai8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service they access.
6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Misai8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or a threat to platform security. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any positive balance in the account will be returned subject to review and compliance with the applicable withdrawal policy.
Changes to These Terms
Misai8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or registered email at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the misai8 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent Malaysian court. Users hereby waive any right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
